The research aims to enhance the longevity of the aged care workforce by introducing a mindfulness initiative designed to boost staff resilience and work engagement, while concurrently reducing stress and burnout. An 8-week Mindfulness Motion program, incorporating evidence-based mindfulness and yoga interventions, will be employed and delivered online.
