RN, MPH, PhD candidate 

Michele is a Research Fellow in the Workforce Capability and Capacity team. She is a registered nurse and public health researcher, with her PhD focusing on rural health promotion and participatory evaluation. Michele brings international experience across community and residential aged care, alongside a strong track record in implementation science, program evaluation, and research translation. Her recent work has been centred on building research culture and capability within rural and regional health services, with a particular focus on improving care for older adults through applied research and evidence translation.
