Raechel Damarell is a Senior Lecturer in Clinical Education and Senior Research Fellow with ARIIA, contributing to aged care Workforce Capability Development Programs. Her research focuses on how clinicians use evidence in decision-making, especially in primary, palliative, and aged care. She is also interested in how organisations translate knowledge into practice to improve outcomes. Raechel is a member of the Research Centre for Palliative Care, Death and Dying (RePaDD) at Flinders University, Bibliography Editor for Progress in Palliative Care, and part of the Early Career Researcher Network of the Primary Care Collaborative Cancer Clinical Trials Group (PC4).
