Marketing and Communication Officer Work under close direction of the Manager, Marketing and Communication, the Marketing and Communication Officer will be responsible for the development and implementation of dynamic digital marketing strategies and create innovative content across multiple marketing platforms that drive engagement and traffic to ARIIA's website, converts leads and registrations for ARIIA programs and events.
Administration and Projects Coordinator Working under the general direction of the Office Manager and closely with other administrative staff across ARIIA, the Administration and Projects Coordinator, will provide a range of administrative support for ARIIA services, including the coordination and preparation of project tenders and closely monitoring requirements and deadlines. This role also includes stakeholder engagement, facilitation of communication with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and providing a contribution to the smooth operation of ARIIA initiatives.
Research Fellow The Research Fellow will actively contribute to ARIIA by assisting in conducting Knowledge Implementation Hub and related research, evaluation and dissemination activities, preparing documentation, and collaborating with the various key stakeholders involved, to successfully deliver project milestones.
Manager, Capability Programs The Manager, Capability Programs oversees the development and delivery of the the Workforce Capacity and Capability (WCC) workstream activities, including development of programs that meet industry needs, are fit for purpose, and build aged care sector workforce capability. This involves development of multi-media, dynamic online knowledge and capability resources for the aged care workforce to support them to adapt and apply evidence into practice to improve services and care, and to gain knowledge and skills in leadership, innovation, implementation and change management.
Senior Research Fellow In collaboration with the Data and Digital Director and leading a team of research fellows, the Senior Research Fellow will develop and implement strategic and operational plans for the KIH team to meet agreed organisational strategic objectives. They will establish networks to support the development of inclusive and functional resources for aged care; utilise innovative information technology approaches and AI to support the sector through knowledge mobilisation; and provide practical advice to the sector on how best evidence can be implemented to achieve practice and service change.
Data and Digital Director The Data and Digital Director is a senior leadership position within Aged Care Research and Industry Innovation Australia (ARIIA) and is responsible for driving data and digital innovation in the aged care sector. This position provides expert leadership to support ARIIA's mission of increasing the sector's capability to implement evidence-informed best practices, adopt new technologies, and respond to evolving industry needs.
